This is a sources sought/RFI for market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses capable of providing solid waste removal services for Marion National Cemetery at 1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953. The required services include weekly emptying of 6-yard general waste containers, monthly on-call emptying of 20-yard containers for general waste, headstones, and construction materials, and overage fees for weights beyond 2 tons. Services would generally be performed on federal workdays between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, excluding federal holidays, with weekly pickups on a consistent schedule and on-call pickups within 3 business days of notification. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant qualifications and experience and are asked to provide capabilities, pricing, and contract vehicle information, including whether they could also offer service for Crown Hill National Cemetery under the same contract.
