The VA National Cemetery Administration seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase and delivery of bulk topsoil to Calverton National Cemetery at 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY. The contract will have a one-year base period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, plus four one-year options through August 31, 2031. Deliveries of 1,300 cubic yards of topsoil per year (with an option for up to 200 additional cubic yards per year) will be made bi-annually in fall and spring, on an as-needed basis coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative. Topsoil must meet specific quality standards including loamy character, 5% composted material, at least 5% organic matter, and pH between 5.0 and 7.0. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and award will be made to the lowest-priced responsible quoter.
