This is a 4-tiered evaluation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business then Veteran Owned Small Business then Small Businesses and last Large Business. The purpose of this contract is to manufacture and distribute marble blanks to cemeteries which have on-site inscription programs nationwide CONUS. Currently there are16 locations for receipt but that is subject to change. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and materials needed to produce the blank monuments, package/label/palletize the monuments and deliver FOB Origin. Stone shall only be from a quarry located in the United States. At award, Contractor will be given approximate annual amounts to be delivered. Shipments are monthly. There are usually no deliveries scheduled for October. Contractor shall have loads ready to ship on the second Monday of each month, shifting for Federal Holidays, starting November.
