This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number 36C78625Q50142. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Grounds Maintenance at the Cemetery is done in a manner that shall maintain proper decorum and respect; and grounds maintenance operations are performed at the Cemetery in a manner that shall maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants; and present a groomed, clean, neat, and professional appearance.
