Posting Date: October 9, 2024 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, NCA Contracting Services Title: Grave liners and Installation National Cemetery Classification Code: 9980- Memorials, Cemeterial and Mortuary Equipment and Supplies NAICS Code: 327390- Other Concrete Product Manufacturing Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCA Contracting Services is seeking to acquire Grave liners and Installation services for Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421. The VA anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be October 9, 2024, with a due date of November 7, 2024. Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail (olalekan.ismail@va.gov) to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00pm EST October 23, 2024. Closing date of November 7, 2024, at 12:00pm. Telephone enquiries would not be accepted. SITE VISITS: There is no site visit for this procurement.
