The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to raise, realign, reset, and clean the designated upright marble headstones; and renovate turf in designated burial sections with additional earthwork in certain areas at Fort Lyon National Cemetery IAW the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. The total performance period for this project is 160 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Per FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) procurement opportunity is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business, (SDVOSB) firms; Authority 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461).
