The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78625B0013 entitled, SITKA NATIONAL CEMETERY, AK 905-010 - CORRECT FCA DEFICIENCIES Scope of Work: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials, equipment and services and perform and complete all work for SITKA NATIONAL CEMETERY, AK 905-010 - CORRECT FCA DEFICIENCIES s; VA Project Number 905-010; as required by drawings and specifications. The purpose of this undertaking is to correct the facility condition assessment deficiencies of this national cemetery to preserve historic structures, extend the service life of the facilities, provide safe access, and increase energy efficiency. Major scope items to correct the facility condition assessment deficiencies of this national cemetery to preserve historic structures, extend the service life of the facilities, provide safe access, and increase energy efficiency. Major scope items include new physical security cameras and infrastructure, road, ramps and parking improvements, administration building and committal shelter improvements, front gate and fence pillar restoration, historic plaque restoration, new exterior stair and sidewalks, and stormwater infrastructure improvements, and miscellaneous other work as described in this Scope of Work (SOW) and included on construction documents. Per FAR 36.204, The magnitude of construction for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
