The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Invitation for Bid (IFB). This project will be a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration Directives, Handbooks, Policies and Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) for all work performed including applicable OSHA safety requirements and NCA Operational Standards and Measures. The Contractor shall also adjust/modify work procedures, as required, to comply with updates, changes or additions to policies, procedures, directives, handbooks, etc., from the VA, NCA, and or OSHA.
