Note: This is a total SDVOSB set-aside solicitation, offerors must be certified through SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15. The government anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed-priced, Services contract with a one-year Base period and four, one-year Option periods. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Wage Determination Information: U.S. Dept of Labor WD 2015-4945, rev.21 is applicable to all service tasks. Davis Bacon Act WD MN20230117 is applicable to tasks 4.07, 4.12, 4.13, and 4.15. Site Visit Information: A site visit will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, and Friday, January 5, 2024 (please attend only one session). Registration is not required. Interested vendors must meet the COR at Building 3001 (Grounds and Maintenance Building) inside Gate 3 at 10am on either day in order to attend. Attendance at the site visit is optional and not required for award consideration.
