Posting Date: August 23, 2024 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, NCA Contracting Services Title: Grave liners and Installation National Cemetery Classification Code: 9980- Memorials, Cemeterial and Mortuary Equipment and Supplies NAICS Code: 327390- Other Concrete Product Manufacturing Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCA Contracting Services is seeking to acquire Grave liners and Installation services for Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis MO 63125. The VA anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be August 26, 2024, with a due date of September 6, 2024. Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail (olalekan.ismail@va.gov) to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00 pm EST August 30, 2024. Telephone enquiries would not be accepted. SITE VISITS: There is no site visit for this procurement.
