The Department of Veteran s Affairs (VA) and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for: Septic system pumping of two 1500-gallon tanks, two times per year (May and November) Pumping of honor guard trailer holding tank (1000 gallons), every two months Annual inspection of septic tanks Location: Tahoma National Cemetery 18600 SE 240th Street Kent, WA 98042 This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under Solicitation Number 36C78624Q0013. The small business size standard of $9.0M is set for the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services). The Period of Performance is anticipated from February 1, 2023 January 31, 2026 (Base year + 2 option years). This notice is NOT a request for quotes/proposals. The Department of Veteran s Affairs (VA) and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to publish the upcoming Request for Quotes (RFQ) and all subsequent amendments to this RFQ through the www.SAM.gov website. By registering at www.SAM.gov, offerors will have access to these notifications. It is the Offeror's responsibility to actively monitor the website for any amendments to the RFQ. Offeror's must be currently registered in the System for Award Management, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ NCA plans to issue the solicitation on or around January 5, 2023 and anticipates award by January 31, 2023.
