This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. The Department of Veteran s Affairs and the National Cemetery Administration is seeking sources for an Irrigation Supply ordering vehicle capable of providing all items on the attached spreadsheet to National Cemeteries in the Continental District (AR, CO, LA, MS, MT, OK, TX, UT, WY). This is not a Request for Quote/Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, experience for providing this service, business size and socio-economic status to: Alea.Barnes@va.gov by December 30, 2023, 3:00pm Pacific Time. The small business size standard of 550 Employees is set for the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered Small Business Administration and will be verified.
