The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential businesses to include large business sources, small business sources and their size classifications; HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantage Business, Woman Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business relative to NAICS Code 532289 Cemeteries and Crematories, with a small business size standard not to exceed $12.5 million in gross annual receipts. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only. No solicitation is currently available at this time. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement, a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. Description of Services: NATIONAL CEMETERY ADMINISTRATION MULTIPLE LOCATION ICE MACHINE RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES Summary: The Contractor will provide, install, and maintain oneself dispensing ice machine at XXXXXXXXX National Cemetery. The Machine will include the use of a filtration system to ensure that the water used to make ice is potable. The Machine will be serviced on monthly basis. a) The ice machine will meet or exceed the following specifications: 1) Stainless steel exterior 2) Produce up to 500lbs of ice per 24 hours 3) Hotel/Motel Ice Dispenser (Stainless steel and store up to 120 lbs. of ice) 4) Standard water filter 5) 115v power b) The rental will include the following services: 1) Filter will be changed at a minimum of bi-annually (twice a year) 2) Deep cleaning will be conducted bi-annually (twice a year) 3) If the machine becomes unserviceable, the cemetery will not be without the services of the ice machine for longer than three business days. 4) For the period that the cemetery is without the ice machine, ice will be provided by the Contractor.
