Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, Administration and Maintenance Buildings Renovation , on or about January 2, 2023, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% SDVOSB set a side. This project will be a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract that will include Davis-Bacon Wages. The construction contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and services necessary to construct this project per the construction documents and specifications as required by drawings and specifications. The prupose of this project is to renovate and expand Admin Building #1001 and Maintenance Building #3001, complete repairs and modifications to the Committal Shelter, lighting upgrades to Maintenance Building #3002, security upgrades to the campus, stone masonry work, miscellaneous exterior work, and associated work with providing temporary facilities for the Administration Building #1001 and portion of Maintenance Building #3001 during construction The period of performance is 365 calendar days to complete the work from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the business size standard is $39.5 Million.
