NCA requires services that render information communication technology which includes electronic documents that are fully compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1986, as amended in 1998. These documents include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office products (Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc.) Adobe Acrobat PDF files Adobe Creative Suite products and InDesign products
