SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DESCRIPTION REF: 36C78622Q0113 The purpose of this Sources Sought is assist with market research and to seek sources that are able to meet the requirement described within this document and attachments, if any. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Requirement Name: Janitorial Services for the Continental, Midwest & Pacific District Location(s): Multiple Locations - See list of potential locations attached NAICS Code: 561720 Size Standard: $18.0M The VA National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking interested sources that can provide Grounds Maintenance service for the locations provided below. Please note that these requirements are not finalized and is subject to change based on the responses to this Source Sought. The information identified within this Sources Sought are intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the services that will be satisfactory. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is not included, but will include the following requirements and is not limited to the following: Cemetery Janitorial Services (Clean employee restrooms, clean visitor restrooms, empty waste cans, spot clean windows & door glass, dust mop/wet mop floors, refill paper towel, toilet paper, vacuum carpets, wipe down hard surfaces, break/lunch rooms, etc.) Shampoo/extract carpets, as ordered Window cleaning, outside, as ordered Pest control, inside & out, as ordered SOURCES SOUGHT / RFI RESPONSE If you are interested and are capable of meeting this requirement for one or more of sites listed in the attached excel sheet, please provide the requested information indicated below.
