This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. Solicitation # 36C78622Q0094 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, dated January 30, 2022. This procurement will be issued as a 100% total set aside for Small Businesses, see FAR Clause 52.219-27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811420 Reupholstery and Furniture Repair and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard is $8 million for this procurement. Contractor must be aware of VAAR Clause 852.219-74Â - Limitations on Subcontracting Monitoring and Compliance. The Government is seeking a Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform sandblasting and powder coating services for the beautification of the cemetery grounds benches and trash/vase receptacles. There are 26 benches, 27 vase receptacles and 27 trash receptacles which are located in different areas of the cemetery. A map is provided to show the location of each bench and vase / trash receptacles. Place of Performance: Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N. Guadalupe St., Santa Fe, NM 87501 Period of Performance: After award, 60 days to complete. Provisions / Clauses: The following provisions / clauses: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items are applicable to this acquisition. Site Visit: Site Visit is NOT mandatory, but highly encouraged so Offeror(s) can inspect the site(s) where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent the information is reasonably obtainable. Award will be made to the lowest priced offer that is determined to be reasonable.
