This is a SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) announcement and is in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.201(e). It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal (RFP) or request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions, to include set aside decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 Janitorial Services. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Pacific District is seeking interested sources who can provide COVID 19 Cleaning and Disinfecting Services in accordance with CDC guidelines at the Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501 . The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform the work after receiving the contract. Contractor shall provide daily cleaning and/or disinfection services to the following locations and vehicles: Administration Building (Main) Approximately 4,500 sqft Garage Approximately 2,240 sqft Five (5) Vehicles Ford Ranger Dodge Grand Caravan Ford F350 Ford AWD Transit Ford Escape. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and pertinent documents are provided for all interested parties to review and determine if they can meet the requirements of this contract.
