SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DESCRIPTION REF: 36C78622Q0051 The purpose of this Sources Sought is assist with market research and to seek sources that are able to meet the requirement described within this document and attachments, if any. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. Responses to this notice are not offers or quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The submission of capabilities for planning purposes and other market information is highly encouraged and allowed under this Sources Sought In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 15.201(e). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Requirement Name: Portable Restroom Rental for Riverside National Cemetery (RNC) Location(s): Riverside, CA NAICS Code: 562991 Size Standard: $8.0M The VA National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Contract Services - Pacific District is seeking interested sources that can provide portable restroom service for Riverside National Cemetery (RNC). Please note that these requirements are not finalized and is subject to change based on the responses to this Source Sought. The information identified within this Sources Sought are intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the services that will be satisfactory. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided, which includes, but is not limited to the following: Rental & Servicing of Portable Toilets is as follows: Delivery of (2) ADA restrooms cleaned twice a week for 52 weeks. Delivery of (2) Deluxe restrooms cleaned twice a week for 52 weeks. Delivery of (2) 2-person wash stations (resupplied twice a week with the toilets) for 52 weeks. Bi-weekly servicing and cleaning of ADA restrooms and Deluxe restrooms. Replenish stock of ADA restrooms and Deluxe restrooms such as toilet paper, water for wash station, and draining/cleaning solution for toilet reservoir. Maintain checklist of service schedule. Additional portable toilets Qty (5) and wash stations Qty (3) shall be provided over the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day Weekends to include (3) additional cleaning and servicing s over each holiday weekend starting Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Additional equipment shall be picked up on each Monday following both holiday weekends. Driver must contact Contractor Officer Representative (COR) upon completion of Servicing and Cleaning of portable toilets and wash stations.
