The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a need for grounds maintenance services at the Leavenworth, Ft Leavenworth and Ft Scott National Cemeteries. The applicable NAICS is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8M. The contract will be awarded on or about January 1, 2022 with onsite work to begin on or about March 1, 2022. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB). The site visit for Leavenworth and Ft Leavenworth National Cemeteries is scheduled for Monday, August 30, 2021 at 9 am local time. Please meet at the maintenance building/parking lot. The site visit for Ft Scott National Cemetery is Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 9 am local time. None of the information provided at the site visit will change the RFP unless an amendment is issued. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to barbara.eschels@va.gov and received by Thursday, September 9, 2021.
