The purpose of this contract is to supply upright Medal of Honor headstones and flat Medal of Honor markers in marble and granite. Distribution will primarily be to locations within the United States, but overseas distribution may occur. Vendors may offer services under one of either two options. Both options require the vendor to complete the inscription, package and crate the product, and then ship the competed monument FOB destination. Under Option A, the vendor shall use government furnished blanks for the inscription. Under Option B, the vendor shall provide the blanks for the inscription.
