SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek capable parties that are able to meet the requirement described below. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. Please note that these requirements are not finalized and is subject to change based on the responses to this Source Sought. The information identified below intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the requested products. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that they can provide the services that fulfill the requirement described in the draft SOW. Description of Equipment The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) requires the following equipment, to include delivery to: National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific 2177 Puowaina Drive Honolulu, HI 96813 Item 1: Purchase and provide satellite control assemblies Provide seven (7) satellite control assemblies configured for compatibility with Laguna Software. The satellite controllers shall be of the same manufacturer that is currently used at the cemetery and shall be compatible with the existing central computer control system. The model of the satellite controller shall be the most current version of that controller type that is commercially available. The control system assembly consists of a completely pre-assembled control system that is tested for operation and is housed within a stainless steel pedestal. The components are pre-wired. The only connections required are primary power, communication cable, flow sensing cable, proper grounding, and conventional zone field wire. Glass-filled PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) housing. Glass-filled nylon or Tefzel with a UHMWPE or Tefzel sleeve bearing impeller. Tungsten carbide shaft material. Sensor electronics potted in an epoxy compound designed for pro-longed immersion. Sensor capable of operating in line pressure up to 400 psi and liquid temperatures up to 150 degrees F, and operating in flows of 0.5 feet per second to 15 feet per second. Acceptable Manufacturer is Rain Master FS300. Item 3: Purchase and provide miscellaneous materials Provide 2000 of communication cable. 2 20 AWG, full braid shield, 100 Ohm impedance. One copper conductor and one silver tinned conductor, black jacket, direct burial shielded communication cable used for hardwire satellite serial link. Acceptable Manufacturer is Rain Master EV-CAB-COM, no approved equal. Provide three (3) DXi 8-station output board kits. Acceptable Manufacturer is Rain Master DXi-OPB08-KIT, no approved equal.
