The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment services to remove accumulated soil and spoils debris from a retired soil disposal site near Columbarium II at Willamette National Cemetery (WNC), located in Portland, OR. Work includes, but not limited to removal and disposal of soil. There may be minor amounts of buried vegetative debris mixed in with the soil.
