As stipulated in the Solicitation, this is a 100% Service Disabled Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. What is the size of carpeted floors? 757 square feet. What is the size of tiled floors?  3,446 for all three buildings that are designated in the SOW. Are there any wooden or stone floors? If so, what are the sizes? No. What is the total FTE? 15. What is the average number of visitors daily? The approximate number of visitors daily is 100. Is Contractor responsible for hand sanitizer? If so, what type of brand/model is being used for the dispenser? and how many hand sanitizer dispensers are there? Yes, as stipulated on page 2 of the SOW.  Brand of dispenser is Purell. 2 dispensers. What type of air sanitizer dispenser is being used? and how many are there? We currently do not have automatic air sanitizers. How many restrooms are there in total? 5. SOW states that Janitorial Service shall be performed and completed before 9:30AM, and how early can the contractor start work? Work can start work at 7:45 a.m. at the maintenance building. The admin building will not be available until 8:00 a.m. What is the expected required work hours for the holiday/weekend coverage Same as business weekdays.
