The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to 1) address questions received in response to the solicitation and 2) change the response date of the solicitation to 3/4/2021 at 12:00 pm EST. Question 1: Is there a site visit? Answer 1: There is no group site visit scheduled. Offerors can call the cemetery at 601.445.4981 to schedule a site visit. Question 2: Is a site visit required? Answer 2: A site visit is not required. Question 3: Who had the contract last? Answer 3: Paramount Construction Group LLC. Question 4: What was the contract awarded for monetary wise? Answer 4: The award price of the initial contract $318,000.00 and was for (8) slopes. After contract award, and additional (5) slopes were added bringing the total number of slopes to (13). The revised total contract price increased to $377,978.00, a difference of $59,978.00. Question 5: Has the scope of work changed from previous contract? Answer 5: Multiple time of contract award in 2016, the original requirement was 8 slopes mowed 3 times per month. Question 6: Are the slopes weed-eated only or can they be mowed? Answer 6: They will be mowed and also require trimming. Question 7: Are the slopes just for the old part of the cemetery or do they include the new section across the road? Answer 7: See page 14 of Attachment A PWS for the location of the slopes. Question 8: Was the previous award a 5-year contract? Answer 8: Yes. Question 9: Will this requirement be put back out as a 5 year contract after the 6 month period is over? Answer 9: Yes.
