The forthcoming request for quote (RFQ) will be set-aside using a tiered evaluation; for service-disabled Veteran owned Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran owned small businesses (VOSBs) and small businesses. The contracting officer intends to post the RFQ on or about 1/12/2021. A Draft statement of work (SOW) is attached for informational purposes only. The subsequent RFQ will contain the SOW that will be included in the contract.
