The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. 36C78621Q0061 for perform off-site inscription services on government furnished blanks for the following cemeteries: Eagle Point National Cemetery 2763 Riley Road Eagle Point, OR 97524 Roseburg National Cemetery VA Medical Center 913 Garden Valley Blvd Roseburg, OR 97470 Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in the solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, VA and Federal Security regulations and policies, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. Quotes will be evaluated and award will be made to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation and is determined to be in the best interest of the Government, price and other factors considered. A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS MAY BE USED. An offeror s quote may not be considered when proposed cost is unreasonably high or unrealistically low. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Factors that will be evaluated to determine award are past performance, technical, and price in that order of importance. Samples failing to meet the submission requirements will be removed from further consideration and determined nonresponsive. Responsibility determination will be made in accordance with FAR 9.1 Responsible Prospective Contractors. Price will be evaluated on the basis of its realism and acceptability to the Government. Risk will be considered in all of these factors. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees.
