SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for dry cleaning for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. This is neither Request for Quote (RFQ) nor a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking qualified businesses of all sizes sources to furnish dry cleaning services for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Please indicate business size and type e.g. Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business and Large Business. In accordance with the eligibility requirements for SDVOSBs and VOSBs under VAAR 819.7003, at the time of submission of offer, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that has been verified for eligibility in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at web address: http://www/VetBiz.gov. The Contractor shall deliver the dry-cleaning services to Fort Sam Houston National cemetery. Items requiring dry cleaning shall be delivered and picked up on Monday of each week between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 12:00 noon local time. The dry cleaning services will be needed for period of January 2021 through September 2021, plus four, one year-option periods, if exercised. Any deviation to this day, due to holidays, weather, etc. shall be agreed to with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with 24 hours notice prior to arriving at the cemetery to perform work. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use response(s) to this Sources Sought Notice. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will also depend on the response(s) received to this notice.
