Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Contracting Construction Division, intends to negotiate/award a sole source SDVOSB contract of Three-Hundred-Sixty-Five (365) calendar days for the prime contractor to completely follow the plans and specifications provided for prime contractor to install a new and fully functional automated irrigation system inside of Historical wall of Beaufort National Cemetery and after installation of approved new irrigation system the contractor will renovate designated sections of turf (border areas include the area from roadways/fence to interment area) within the historical wall/fence turf areas.
