This is a performance-based contract for cemetery headstone setting services at Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas and the overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities of headstone installation services. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 is applicable. Offerors proposals will be evaluated using FAR Part 15 trade off procedures and the government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
