PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES: The NCA Minor and Major Projects office is seeking professional engineering/architectural, technical support/advice, and assistant management support to NCA Project Managers throughout all phases of Minor Construction projects including reviews for design, construction, construction period submittal review, and post occupancy for cemetery expansions, improvements and construction of national cemeteries facilities structures, and landscapes. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Project Management and Support Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; offers are being requested. Solicitation number 36C78620R0010 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested Offerors. We anticipate a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Open Market set-aside for this procurement so this requirement will be set aside for SDVOSB concerns. To receive award consideration as an SDVOSB concern, your company must have a current SDVOSB certification/registration in the Veteran Information Pages (VIP) database at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard in dollars at $15 million. Any interested Offeror that does not meet the capability and size standard under this NAICS code, should not submit a response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation proposal request. Offerors must also have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and are encouraged to go to the SAM database www.sam.gov to verify active status to avoid any possible delays in contract award.
