TIERED EVALUATION PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT FORT SNELLING NATIONAL CEMETERY, MINNEAPOLIS, MN PURPOSE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NC), is soliciting Tiered Evaluation Proposal under Solicitation Number 36C78620R0007 for the removal and replacement of the existing exterior signage, at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required to remove and replace the existing exterior signage at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in accordance with the Scope of Work and associated project specifications to be provided in the solicitation. COST MAGNITUDE: In Accordance With (IAW) VAAR 836.204; The Magnitude of Construction Cost Range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. SITE VISIT: A Site-Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 16 October 2019 @ 10:00 AM. local time. Meeting location is the flag pole, located just West of the main entrance gate #1. Award will be to the reasonable vendor whose proposal whose proposal conforms to the RFP requirement and is most advantageous to the Government. Only verified SDVOSBs, VOSBs, & SBs firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of this contract. A non-verified vendor that submits a Proposal will be rejected as Non-Responsive.
