We were wanting to verify that the 10 does mean 10 months out of the year. Also, on average, is this usually done twice a week or weekly? Trimming and edging is done weekly approximately 36 times per year depending on weather. The contract states that they will be using black mulch. We know they are currently using brown enviro mulch which would be a significant price difference. Should we still do the quote with black mulch? MHNC only uses Brown Enviro Mulch (recycled pallets). CLIN 0005 is asking for a quote for power washing sidewalks, curbs, shelters and site facilities twice yearly or as required but it s wanting us to price it over a 12-month period with the rest of the CLIN. This isn t a problem to quote it that way, but we were just wanting to make sure that part of it is done twice yearly (or as required) and not monthly. Power washing of curbs, walkways and committal shelters is done twice yearly. Approximately April and October. *Would we be allowed to store our forklift on site?
