PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE CONSTRUCTION: Miramar National Cemetery Expansion for the National Cemetery Administration (NCA). NCA will be issuing a solicitation for construction services at the Miramar National Cemetery, 5796 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122 The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 June 2020 with the bid opening on or about 15 July 2020. Dissemination of the solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. The construction work includes but is not limited to; removal of existing structures, alterations, excavation and regrading, walks and pavers, grading, temporary signage, curb & gutter, drainage, and utility systems. There will be ONE pre-bid conference/site walk-through held for this project. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package when it is posted. All prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
