CLIN 1: The contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to complete all work for Repair Roads and Sewers at Fort Snelling National Cemetery as required by the drawings and specifications. Work to include but not limited to full-depth replacement of Rosenwald Street, Klanska Drive, Pruden Drive, and Street 3, as well as Mill & Overlay of Fleming Drive, the Maintenance Area, and Josiah Avenue. The total performance period for this project is 120 calendar days from issuance of the notice-to-proceed (NTP). ADD ALTERNATE NO.1: Installation of storm sewer on Kraus Dr. Add 15 calendar days to the total performance period. ADD ALTERNATE NO.2: Seal Coating of Selected Roads. Add 15 calendar days to the total performance period.
