The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified experienced and interested potential sources. Responses will NOT be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business or Small Business) relative to NAICS 561730, size standard $7.5M. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FEDBIZ OPPS website. Contract Service is seeking interested sources (contractors) for a near-future solicitation and procurement for the following: Work consists of monthly inspection, reporting and minor maintenance of the irrigation system. Prime contractor shall perform 100% of the work and have all required certifications and insurance in the prime contractor s name. The major components of the irrigation system include: Watertronics electronic pump station model VTV-40/40/5ST 2 US Motors pumps, 40 horsepower 6 Toro Sentinel Field Satellite Controllers Data Industrial IR series flow sensors Sentinel Satellite systems uses Sentinel WMS (Water Management System) Ver. 3.0 software 2 Toro hand held remotes 2 TK 370G transceivers At this time, no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. The period of performance shall be a 12 month base period and four (4) option years to be exercised at the Government s discretion. All work will be performed during the normal work week and shall not take place on Federal Holidays or weekends.
