This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this announcement will result in a firm fixed price award. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02 Effective June 05, 2019. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing- 1,250 Employees The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Priced Award. Requirement: The contractor shall be responsible for providing one (1) Stump Grinder as listed in Specification attachment. This requirement is for Florida National Cemetery. Prospective awardees MUST be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov PRIOR TO AWARD and through final payment, and must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.sam.gov prior to award and through final payment. CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED UNTIL SAM REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
