The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to address questions from prospective vendors. Question 1: [t]he solicitation does not list the types of products to be used as for preemergence or postemergence, brand or chemical, it states just that it can be used on hybrid Bermuda grass according to label of specific product. Can you provide details on the product to be used there? Answer 1: There are no specific brands or formulations provided in the contract. The herbicide to be used will be based on the type of grass growing and the species of weeds in a given location. The herbicides used will change as conditions change. Question 2: Is the vendor responsible to remove the leaves at the cemetery? Answer 2: Yes. Leaves fall under the category of Debris. See Attachment A Performance Work Statement, 3.1.2. and Attachment B, Exhibit 5.3 Debris and Trash . Question 3: Can we just mow over them (leaves) using a mulching mower? Answer 3: Yes.
