Qty Unit 001 Sand (S4C) 23 Cubic Yards 002 YG3 Silica Sand consisting of tiny granules composed mostly of silicon and oxygen 80 Cubic Yards 003 Rubber Mulch Mocha color (bags) made from 100% recycled rubber 100 bags 004 River Rock Black 1 -2 100 bags 005 River Rock Black 2 -3 100 bags PRICE SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall furnish all materials as requested on an IDIQ contract to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific is located at 2177 Puowaina Drive Honolulu, HI 96813. Deliveries should be between cemetery hours; Monday-Friday 0800-1530 2. Period of performance is from date of award until June 30,2020 for the base year with four (4) one (1) year options. 3. The schedule price shall be IDIQ contract on as needed bases to complete the Contract Line Item (CLIN(s)). 4. In order to facilitate proper storage, deliveries may be staged at the direction of cemetery management at time of delivery. Any staged deliveries will consist of one-half of the amount specified in each line item of the award. 5. If items are delivered on pallets, pallets become property of the cemetery and will not be returned. 6. All delivery documents will be submitted to and signed by cemetery personnel. No delivery will be accepted at the cemetery without documentation that includes date, material descriptions and a distinguishing shipment or tracking number. 7.
