Period of Performance: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 with (4) 1-Year Options through June 30, 2024. The Contractor shall furnish all Herbicides, Fertilizers, and Fire Ant Control products as requested by the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Deliveries should be between normal cemetery hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cemetery will provide Contractor with at least 14 days advance notice prior to delivery of requested products. In order to facilitate proper storage, deliveries may be staged at the direction of cemetery management at time of delivery. Any staged deliveries will consist of one-half of the amount specified in each line item of the award. All products delivered on pallets will be required to be left on the Cemetery premises to facilitate the integrity of the product (bag) contents. Pallets will not be returned upon or after delivery.
