Question: I can t tell from the SOW if the underdrains are a specific system or just French drains in section 25 and 26. Please advise . Answer: There is no specific product requested. Any product that meets the performance requirements will be acceptable. The description is located in Exhibit F: B.7. Install 4-inch perforated, (bell and spigot high density polyethylene HDPE) drainage collector pipes along the path staked by the Surveyor to the new transport pipes. The collector lines shall have three (3) rows of circular perforations spaced sixty (60) degrees apart, smooth interior walls, triple-wall construction with corrugated structural core, and meeting ASTM F810, including crushed, screened, and washed stone backfill. Place geotextile filter fabric on top of the gravel backfill, and place at least two inches of concrete sand (as a choking course) according to the contract drawings and specifications
