PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), intends to solicit quotes from contractors to Replace and Caulk Columbarium Caps located at the following cemetery: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Drive San Diego, CA 92106 The VA anticipates issuing a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for this requirement around the week of February 11, 2019. Quotes will be accepted for approximately 20 days commencing with the issuance date of this solicitation. Interested Offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments) from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, as no hard copies will be made available. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in Veterans Information Pages (VIP) VIP registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) database (when applicable), under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220, business size standard of $36.5 million. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Veterans Information Pages (VIP) information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Multiple awards are/are not anticipated.
