The headstones in these sections are smaller historic, U1 s, 6X6 unknowns, and two flat marble markers. 3.What is the Height requirement for the smaller square headstones? 12 above grade. The stones measure 30 in length, so 18 will be buried. 4. Are the larger Memorial stones included in this solicitation? If so, are they to be priced separately? The private markers are not in the solicitation. 5. The period of Performance for this requirement is 365 calendar days from date of contract award. 6. The quote due date is hereby extended to March 29, 2019, 12:00 pm Eastern. 7. This extension does not allow for additional questions to be submitted. 8. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 36C78619Q0143 Amendment 0001 PRICE SCHEDULE: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, tools and supplies to complete Raise, Realign, Rest and Clean upright headstones and perform ground surface renovation/re-establish turf at Mound City National Cemetery following National Cemetery Administration standards. Units and services to be in accordance with Performance Work Statement, Technical Specifications, Performance Incentives/Disincentives, terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. The schedule price shall be all-inclusive, including all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to complete the Contract Line Items (CLINs). Offerors shall enter unit price and total amounts for each CLIN as indicated in the schedule. In the event there is a difference between a unit price and the extended total amount, the unit price will be held to be the intended bid price and the total of the CLINs will be recomputed accordingly. The guaranteed minimum award for this contract is $250.00. The maximum aggregate value of orders that can be placed under this contract is $600,000.00.
