PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA), intends to publish a Firm-Fixed Price Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR 14, to perform Grave Expansion to include prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for columbarium walls, retaining walls, preplaced crypts, and in-ground cremains plots. This construction service will be for the following cemetery location: Santa Fe National Cemetery 501 North Guadalupe Street Santa Fe, NM 87501 Anticipated IFB Publish Date: 7/25/2019 Anticipated Site Visit: Week of 8/06/2019 Anticipated Bid Opening: 8/25/2019 Magnitude of Construction Project (IAW VAAR 836.204): $10,000,000 - $20,000,000 Interested Offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All responsible sources may submit quotes for consideration by the National Cemetery Administration Contracting Service. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in Veterans Information Pages (VIP) VIP registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) database (when applicable), under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237990, business size standard of $36.5 million.
