The VA anticipates a single firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build contract for a minor construction expansion of the Diagnostic Imaging Center at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89086. The work includes constructing a new two-story, 11,282-square-foot expansion and renovating 870 square feet of adjacent Emergency Department storage/exam space to expand and integrate Radiology, including relocation of existing utilities and all general construction and alterations. The solicitation will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 236220 with a $45.0 million size standard, evaluated through FAR Part 15 tradeoff procedures. The solicitation is expected in late November 2026, and the period of performance is approximately 480 calendar days from notice to proceed.
