The VA is conducting market research for an EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Togus VA Medical Center in Togus, ME, covering numerous campus buildings and site work. The scope includes architectural/structural renovations, electrical and UPS upgrades, BAS/HVAC and plumbing modifications, data/fiber cabling to CAT 6A, civil work, asbestos/lead abatement, radon mitigation, fire suppression/alarm, and physical security upgrades. The anticipated procurement is a competitive, firm-fixed-price design-bid-build contract with an estimated magnitude between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 and a project duration of about 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The project is planned for advertising in December 2026, and an Industry Day is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at Building 210 on the Togus campus, 810 Eastern Avenue, Augusta, ME.
