The VA intends to solicit IOTA services for the St. Louis John Cochran VA Medical Center New Bed Tower, located at 915 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri, as part of a major campus modernization. The contract is planned as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with an eight-year ordering period and is set aside 100% for VA-verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 541614. Work supports activation of the new seismically compliant Bed Tower and related campus-wide facilities, including parking garages, a Central Utility Plant, an Engineering/Administration building, a motor pool building, and supporting structures, totaling more than 700,000 net usable square feet. Clinical and administrative services anticipated to be supported include surgery, radiology, pharmacy, surgical services, spinal cord injury inpatient/rehabilitation, emergency services, engineering, police, nutrition and food services, dialysis, and other services refined by approved design documents. The first task order for Project Management and Pre-Planning Support will be included in the solicitation and awarded concurrently with the IDIQ.
