The VA anticipates a single firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build contract for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the VA Medical Center in Perry Point, MD (361 Boiler House Road). The scope includes campus-wide fiber and redundant fiber installations, approximately 100 data drops and 75 new electrical outlets, power and HVAC distribution upgrades, physical security upgrades, space reconfiguration/renovation, data center/WAN work, and hazardous material abatement across numerous buildings and campus site. The solicitation will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside evaluated under FAR Part 15 lowest price technically acceptable procedures; offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The solicitation is expected to be issued in mid-November 2026, and the period of performance is approximately 689 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The construction magnitude is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
