Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This project involves providing all labor, materials, and management to complete EHRM construction and infrastructure upgrades at the Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The period of performance is 690 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. This is a competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. A site visit is scheduled for March 31, 2026, at the medical center.
