Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a single contractor for a large, firm-fixed-price design-bid-build project to upgrade electrical, HVAC, communications, and other infrastructure across numerous buildings at the Clement J.
